Papyrus/Hopeline is a confidential support and advice service for children and young people under the age of 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, or anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide. Open every day from 9:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight).

MACS provide support for children and young people aged from 6 – 25 year olds who may be experiencing homelessness, substance abuse, self-harm, mental health issues, leaving care, marginalised and at risk. They offer supported housing, floating support, wellbeing support, and a participation service for young people. Most of the services are open referral, however supported housing and floating support is accessed by secondary referral.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Sure Start are unable to provide face to face groups however there are lots of groups now running via zoom.
